About Loop Spine & Sports Center
Downtown Chicago Chiropractic Practice Built on Experience, Hands-On Care, and Real Results
Loop Spine & Sports Center has been serving patients in the Chicago area since 1996. Located at 30 N. Michigan Ave., steps from Millennium Park and the Bean, we have spent nearly three decades helping Loop professionals, active residents, and athletes get out of pain and get back to living their lives.

We are not a high-volume clinic where you feel like a number. We are a focused, efficiently run practice where every patient gets a clear diagnosis, a treatment plan that makes sense, and care that starts working from your very first visit.

Our approach is straightforward: hands-on chiropractic adjusting, therapeutic massage, and targeted modalities, all tailored to what your specific condition actually needs. No pressure, no unnecessary visits, no one-size-fits-all programs.

If you are looking for an experienced downtown Chicago chiropractor who will listen, give you a real diagnosis, and get to work, you are in the right place.

Meet Dr. Ron Trottier
Chicago Chiropractor Since 1996
Dr. Trottier grew up playing hockey and knows first-hand what it means to rely on chiropractic care to stay active and recover from injury. His first visit to a chiropractor came after a hockey injury at a young age, and that experience shaped the direction of his career. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois in 1995, and has been practicing in downtown Chicago ever since.

In 2002, Dr. Trottier completed his post-graduate studies at the National University of Health Sciences and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Injury Physician, a board certification held by only a small number of chiropractors in Illinois. That credential reflects advanced training in treating both spine-related conditions and the demands of active and athletic lifestyles.

He has been in the Chicago area since opening his doors in 1996, building a practice one patient at a time through results, not marketing.

The Team Behind Your Care
Dr. Trottier is supported by a small, experienced team that takes the same approach to patient care that he does: professional, efficient, and genuinely focused on making your experience as smooth as possible from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.

How We Think About Care
Chiropractic care works best when it is tailored to the person in front of you, not applied from a template. That has been the guiding principle at Loop Spine & Sports Center since we opened in 2000.
We believe in getting the diagnosis right before anything else. That means taking the time to listen, performing a thorough examination, and taking digital x-rays when they are clinically warranted. Treatment that is not grounded in a solid diagnosis is just guesswork.

We believe in starting care on day one. There is no reason to schedule a separate appointment just to hear your results. You come in, we examine you, we explain what we found, and in most cases we begin treatment that same day.

We believe in telling you the truth about what we can and cannot do. Chiropractic is genuinely effective for a wide range of conditions. It is not effective for everything. If your situation calls for a referral to another provider, we will tell you that directly and point you in the right direction.

We believe in efficient care without pressure. Your treatment plan is built around your condition and your goals. When you are better, you are better. Some patients choose to continue with periodic maintenance visits because they find ongoing care keeps them feeling and moving well. That is always their choice, never a sales pitch.

What you will not find here: long waits, vague explanations, high-pressure programs, or anyone trying to keep you coming back longer than you need to.
